The rules:

The correct behavior when handling the Flexi / KONG / Dog is king in the INAYA halter. Accidents happen faster than you think. Therefore, we ask you to use the halter and Flexi/ Retractable leash please observe the following rules.

1. The halter does not replace holding the leash.

2. In the city/near roads/road crossings and similar dangerous situations ALWAYS fasten the leash so that the dog cannot escape!

3. Be aware that you can be dragged along. By attaching the leash to your body, there is a possibility that you could be dragged along by your dog, so always be alert!

4. Use a harness for the dog while you are Flexi/ retractable leash/ retractable or towline attached to it.

We are not liable for any damage to dogs or humans during the use of the Flexi/ retractable leash/ retractable and/or the halter.
