General Terms and Conditions of pawINAYA®
§1 Applicability to Consumers and Definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in their version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Conclusion of the Contract, Storage of the Contract Text
(1) The following regulations apply to orders placed through our online shop at http://www.pawinaya.de.
(2) In the event of a contract conclusion, the contract is made with:

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding contractual offer but an invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) Liability for damages caused by improper use is not assumed.
Usage Rules:
Proper use of the Flexi leash in the INAYA Halter is crucial. Accidents can happen quickly, so please adhere to the following rules when using the Halter and Flexi leash:
1. The Halter does not replace holding the Flexi leash.
2. In urban areas, near streets, or other hazardous situations, always lock the Flexi leash to prevent your dog from escaping.
3. Be aware that you could be pulled along by your dog. If the Flexi leash is attached to your body, there is a risk of being dragged. Stay alert at all times!
4. Always use a harness when attaching a Flexi or long leash to your dog.
We are not liable for any damages arising during the use of the Flexi leash or Halter.
(5) When placing an order through our online shop, the following steps apply:
1. Select the desired goods.
2. Confirm by clicking the “Order” button.
3. Check the items in the shopping cart.
4. Click the “Checkout” button.
5. Register and log into the online shop by entering login details (email address and password).
6. Review and correct the data entered.
7. Submit the binding order by clicking “Place Order” or “Buy.”
The consumer can cancel the order process or correct errors using the browser’s “Back” button before submitting the order. An automatically generated email (“Order Confirmation”) will confirm receipt of the order and acceptance of the offer.
(6) Storage of contract text: We store the contract text and send you the order data and our General Terms and Conditions via email. You can view your past orders in your account under “My Orders.”
§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
(1) Prices include statutory VAT and other price components. Shipping costs, if any, are additional.
(2) Payment options: Direct debit, PayPal, and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless specified otherwise in the product description, all items are ready for shipping immediately. Delivery will be made within 5 business days. For prepayment, the period begins the day after the payment is instructed to the bank. For other payment methods, it begins the day after the contract conclusion. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the delivery period ends on the next working day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the sold goods transfers to the buyer only upon receipt of the goods.
§5 Retention of Title
We retain ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price.
§6 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions:
