Rules

Returns are accepted for unused items within 15 days of receipt.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Customized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

How Does the Return/Exchange Process Work?

1. Visit www.pawINAYA.de.

2. Login: You don’t need a customer account to process a return or exchange.

3. Enter the email address associated with your order.

4. You’ll receive a one-time login code. Once logged in, you can view and manage your order.

5. Refunds are processed on Fridays.
