"What if the leash doesn't retract smoothly after assembly?"
→ This is not a defect. In that case, the straps are not optimally seated. Reposition them once, then the retraction will run freely.

"Does the halter slip on the Flexi?"
→ Only if the ring is not correctly positioned. When correctly positioned, the halter remains stable – set it once, then no further adjustment is needed.

"Is the product complicated to attach?"
→ It's not click-on accessory. Assembly takes about 60 seconds. With the short video, it's immediately understandable and easily doable.

GRIP turns your flexi or other retractable leash into a more versatile walking system. The adjustable holder wraps securely around the leash housing and connects to the included 3-in-1 leash and shoulder strap. Carry your leash by hand, wear it crossbody, or switch between multiple attachment options depending on your walk.

The holder is fully adjustable and designed for retractable leashes from XS to XL. It fits flexi models such as Comfort, Classic, New Classic, Giant and Select, as well as many comparable retractable-leash models—with or without flexi accessories.

An anti-slip silicone lining adds grip and helps keep the holder securely positioned on the housing.
